Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time (per law) Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements 24/7 dedicated team support What You ll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on patient records and clinical interviews Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, medical staff, and social workers Develop, implement, and revise individual treatment plans for inmates Perform regular rounds to monitor inmate adjustment and mental health needs Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and mental health education Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards What You Need Active license and/or board eligibility in psychology Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health assessment and treatment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to perform clinical assessments and crisis interventions effectively About the Assignment This role involves providing professional mental health care within a secure facility environment, supporting inmates' mental health needs.

The psychologist will work as part of a dedicated mental health team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment and assessments in a challenging yet rewarding setting.
