Pool Manager

Pool Tech Manager is responsible for establishing a clean, safe and relaxing environment for guests of the pool while ensuring uncompromising levels of guest service are provided. Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the pool, creates a happy and motivated team, and ensures the smooth operation of the pool.

• Interview and select potential employees, review employee performance, discipline and separate employees as needed, schedule staff based on business needs
• Train employees on proper procedures and policies, guest relations and assigned duties
• Inspect and maintain the entire recreational deck
• Ensure the safest possible facility for guests
• Physically inspect the recreation deck for guest hazards and miscellaneous maintenance and order work as needed
• Attend hotel operations meetings, safety meetings, pre‑convention receptions, and other various committee meetings
• Be knowledgeable about the facility, the property, and its amenities to effectively communicate with guests
• Other duties as assigned

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
• Aquatics Facilitator Operator (AFO) Preferred
• Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision/multiple interruptions, exercise judgment and adapt instructions/directions from one assignment to another
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
