We are looking for an experienced Houseman to join our team at Gibson Hotel Management.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support housekeeping staff by stocking carts with linens and supplies
- Strip linens from checked‑out rooms and restock housekeeping shelves
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas including patios, sidewalks, and parking lots
- Clean and maintain common areas such as the lobby, restrooms, and pool area (where applicable)
- Assist with general cleanliness and upkeep throughout the property
- Ensure all assigned areas meet hotel cleanliness and safety standards
- Detail‑oriented with strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
- Understanding of basic cleaning procedures
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Good physical health and stamina
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
- High school diploma a plus
