Prepare Hot Choice Buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures;
Grill all items according to Golden Corral standards;
Restock items at the Display Cooking Station when Buffet Attendant is unavailable;
Ensure Hot Choice Buffet products are hot and fresh for guests;
Perform opening and closing administrative procedures
