Location: Pigeon Forge
Welcome to a world where alcohol meets hard work! We are looking for a college intern with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mentality to spend some time with us learning what it's like to run a business. Have a feeling you want to be in business management but have no idea what that looks like? You will work side by side with one of our General Managers.
Think of it as a sneak peak into what life as a manager might look like for you.
- Working tasting rooms
- Learning sales and leadership strategies
- Giving feedback to staff
- Ordering and forecasting
- Assisting with special events and festivals
- Packing club shipments
This position will require local travel to different properties. Pay is $15 (plus tips on tasting room days) per hour for 30-40 hours per week. Shifts and days may vary.
