Hotel General Manager

Looking for experienced hotel general manager. Minimum of 3 years of general manager, assistant general manager, or operation manager. Duties include overseeing daily operations from front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services. Drive revenue growth through effective yield management, price strategies, and occupancy optimization. Manage P & L's ensuring profitability and adhering to budget goals. Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to financial performance, guest experience and team productivity.

Partner with director of operations to execute business plans and initiatives. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency to maintain high satisfaction scores and analyze operational data and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and performance. Must have strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial reporting. Be proficient in hotel management systems (PMS), Google Workspace and other data analysis tools.
