Collier Development Company in Pigeon Forge seeks a Manager on Duty (MOD) to lead daily resort operations and guest service excellence.
In this role, you will supervise Front Desk, Maintenance, Activities, Food & Beverage, and common areas, coaching staff to deliver the highest hospitality standards and seamless guest experiences. The MOD will coordinate with the GM, develop weekly schedules, ensure policy compliance, and drive occupancy and revenue during peak periods.
