Smoky Mountain Resorts is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to lead guest services and front desk operations at Country Cascades Waterpark Resort. You will work with the MOD and GM to ensure exemplary guest experiences and staff performance.
The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on coaching to maintain SMR’s legendary service. Expect 8–10+ hour shifts, 5–6 days per week during peak occupancy.
