As a Bartender, you are both craftsperson and host — serving exceptional drinks, guiding guests through our craft beer offerings, and creating a relaxed, welcoming bar experience that keeps guests coming back.

This is a role for someone with genuine beverage knowledge, a passion for craft beer, and the warmth and composure to run a casual pub environment with professionalism and personality.

  • Guide guests through our craft beer selection, cocktail offerings, and food menu including pairings and recommendations
  • Upsell and convert walk-in guests by knowledgeably communicating The Casual Pint's unique offerings
  • Handle guest service issues with professionalism, including responsible management of intoxicated guests — cutting off service, arranging transportation, or asking guests to leave when necessary
  • Respect and maintain the privacy and discretion of all guests
  • Follow all telephone etiquette procedures when handling bar-related calls
Craft & Product Knowledge
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and bottled or draft beer to AATMOS Hospitality standards and guest satisfaction

Operations & Standards
  • Stock the bar with sufficient alcohol, garnishes, glassware, and supplies at all times
  • Verify guest identification to confirm legal drinking age
  • Process guest checks and closing paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Use hotel software systems in accordance with AATMOS Hospitality Standard Operating Procedures
  • Conduct beverage and food inventory per AATMOS Hospitality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized bar, including countertops, glassware, utensils, and equipment throughout and at the end of each shift
  • Break down and prepare the bar for the next shift, ensuring all work spaces and equipment are clean and ready
  • Dispose of all empty cans and glass bottles in the appropriate containers
Requirements What We're Looking For Experience & Education

  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs throughout each shift
  • TABC server permit from a TABC certified program required within 60 days of hire and must be maintained throughout employment
Summary
  • Medical insurance
  • Discounted vision and dental insurance
  • Employee hotel travel program with discounted rooms across the AATMOS portfolio
