You'll assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, process reservations, and respond to inquiries, ensuring top-tier service throughout the overnight shift.
You will count cash, reconcile drawers, check logs, register guests, and maintain room status while coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth overnight operation.
