The Michelin recognized Rocky Waters Motor Inn is a one-of-a-kind property where genuine, personal hospitality sets us apart. As an Innkeeper, you are the heart of that experience — the welcoming face guests encounter at check-in, the knowledgeable local guide who helps them make the most of their stay, and the dedicated team member who keeps every room and common space spotless and guest-ready.

At Rocky Waters, our Innkeepers do it all — from welcoming guests at the front desk to turning over guest rooms to the standard our guests expect. This is a hands‑on, guest‑facing role for someone who takes real pride in the details.

This is not a management position.

What You'll Do

Guest Experience

• Deliver a warm, seamless check-in and check-out experience for every guest
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for local activities, dining, and events
• Address guest needs and concerns promptly, professionally, and with genuine care
• Maintain a welcoming, hospitable presence throughout the property at all times

Property Care & Standards

• Manage and replenish linens, supplies, and amenities as needed
• Assist guests with luggage and other physical needs throughout their stay

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of hotel, housekeeping, or guest services experience preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• TABC certification required within 60 days of hire and must be maintained throughout employment
