Base pay rate: $16 / hour – Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus only applies for new hires and rehires that have not been employed with Westgate within one year from their last day of employment.

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Housekeeper to contribute to creating a best‑in‑class experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of our property. • Greet all guests and owners with a friendly smile during your shifts and while on property.
• Handle assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, ensuring all rooms are clean, sanitized, and presentable.
• Regularly check and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean guest rooms.
• Notify superiors of any damage, deficits, or disturbances within rooms.
• Provide amenities and handle guest requests with professionalism and patience.
• Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to hotel/resort standards, protocols, and procedures and comply with all safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Flexible working hours, able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Qualifications:

• Driver’s License (Preferred).
• Have stamina to meet physical demands of the job (i.e., push, pull, bend, kneel, walk stairs, lift).
• Proven experience as a housekeeper or a similar role in a hotel environment is an advantage but not required. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
