Werkstudent / Working Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Human Resources

Galileo Global Education is looking for a Werkstudent / Working Student in the Human Resources department at our Göttingen or Munich locations for 20 weekly hours. As a Werkstudent / Working Student in Human Resources, you will:

• Actively participate in the support of employees on various HR topics, including on-boarding, off-boarding, transfers, and the creation of work references
• Assist with time tracking
• Prepare and manage HR documents of all kinds
• Maintain our HR management system Workday
• Support exciting projects in the HR area

To be ideal for this role, you should be:

• A student
• Detail-oriented and enjoy working in a team
• Creative and solution-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, especially when handling sensitive HR data
• Goal-oriented and service-oriented in both verbal and written communication
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to solve problems and have a hands-on approach
• First practical experience in HR is a plus but not required
• IT-affine
