This is a part-time role, not to exceed 20 hours per week and 1,000 hours per calendar year.

As an HR Co-Op, you will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and EHS team members to assist with processes, programs, and initiatives that impact our workforce experience.

What You Will Need

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field required
• Able to work onsite at the Piney Flats, TN location
• Able to work from August to December
