- HRIS Administration: Manage day-to-day Paylocity functions including employee record updates, benefits administration coordination, policy group maintenance, and system troubleshooting; serve as internal Paylocity expert for staff questions.
- HR Communications: Draft and design employee-facing communications including policy updates, benefits information, company announcements, and onboarding materials; ensure messaging is clear, compliant, and on-brand.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Stay current on employment law changes relevant to our operating states; audit processes for compliance; maintain attention to detail in all HR work.

What we're looking for: Someone who masters operational execution and demonstrates strategic thinking. If you identify process improvements, mentor others, think beyond your immediate responsibilities, and take ownership of outcomes—you're the candidate we want to develop into an operations leader.
Progression checkpoints: We'll evaluate readiness at 12 and 18 months based on operational excellence, strategic contributions, leadership capability, and organizational partnership.
Why This MattersIn a high-growth, PE-backed organization, HR operations excellence is a competitive advantage. The right generalist doesn't just process transactions—they see patterns, recommend solutions, and build the foundation for scalable HR strategy. This role is the launchpad for that.
