Responsibilities:
- Prepares job postings for company and external websites. Identifies and searches candidate database(s) for potential candidates. Review CVs/applications and phone screen candidates to determine quality and fit for the organization. Effectively matches hygiene and doctor talent (internal & external) with open positions, in collaboration with regional leadership, based upon defined position requirements, competencies, and experience to achieve exceptional patient care.
- Helps develop annual campus recruitment plans to foster ongoing relationships with schools and provider programs to maximize provider recruitment. Including recruitment events(Heavy Travel)
- Maintains a candidate CRM database. In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruitment Marketing Specialist, develops and executes CRM strategies to maintain relationships with prospective providers.
- Collaborates with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Lead Provider Recruiters on MDP’s digital strategy for provider recruitment and the provider recruitment website(s) design.
- Sources passive candidates and is responsible for contacting leads from multiple sources and making multiple attempts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent experience.(Preferred)
- 2-3 years of professional-level recruitment
- Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
