About The Role

The Research Coordinator will be the operational backbone of ACPWB's Human Capital Advisory team of 16. Your job is to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks: that contract review and file management is handled well, that the advisory practice stays organized, and that the people doing the analytical and advisory work can trust that the logistics are covered. ACPWB's Human Capital Advisory team handles work in project and program management that is deadline-driven, client-facing, and detail-intensive. The Research Coordinator is the person who makes sure the operational side of that work is handled — specifically contract review and file management. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable being the person the advisory practice relies on to keep things together.

• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless information flow and task handoffs
• Maintain and improve tracking systems for project milestones, deliverables, and team commitments

Required

• Familiarity with expense reporting systems and basic budget tracking
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure where processes are not yet defined
• Detail-oriented with a strong track record of accuracy in administrative and operational tasks
• Prior experience managing scheduling, logistics, or administrative workflows in a professional environment

Preferred

• Background in or exposure to compensation, HR, or workforce research environments
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
