POSITION OVERVIEW:

Analyzes the requirements to determine the hardware, system configuration, performance and capacity needs for system-related operating systems improvements and business integration.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design, test and configure infrastructures and solutions for various applications and configurations.

2. Utilize strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or other system issues.

3. Develops infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools using configuration language and scripting tools.

4. Identifies and creates processes to integrate technology improvements into business processes.

5. Responsible for projects including the implementation of remediation activities, patch management, and firmware updates in a highly complex environment.

6. Provides Level 3 technical support in critical production support issues interacting with Developers and Architects.

7. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.

8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency:

The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location(s). If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the pay information represents the minimum and maximum range for all levels. Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.

Pay Range: $83,799.00 - $ per year

Colorado Pay Ranges:
Colorado Springs, Grand Junction $89,665 - $143,465;
Henderson, Mead $94,693 - $151,509;
Gypsum $100,559 - $160,894

Illinois Pay Ranges:
Effingham, Kankakee, Lincoln, Quincy, Rockford, Aurora $89,665 - $143,465;
Bolingbrook, Chicago Heights, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Forest View, Joliet, Schaumburg, Summit-Argo, Zion, Buffalo $100,559 - $160,894

New York Pay Ranges:
Plattsburgh, Buffalo, Watertown, North Chili, East Syracuse, Nichols $89,665 - $143,465;
Bethpage, Montgomery, West Babylon $100,559 - $160,894

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience plus seven (7) years of experience in information technology or engineering environment.
  • Expertise in Windows operating systems, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and database management.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of supply chain analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills for cross functional collaboration.
