- Ensure consistency of the activities carried out in relation to the requests received;
- Ensure that all technical personnel are trained in a timely manner on workplace safety;
- Ensure the quality of the service provided to the customer;
- Develop the skills of technicians with a strategic view of the actual needs of the Italian market, also through the use of specific matrices and individual development interviews;
- Ensure that the planning of service personnel is carried out in the most efficient way to guarantee the satisfaction of both internal and external customers and to keep company costs under control;
- Gather the actual needs of the COM/customer;
- Collect the reports produced by technicians and share the findings with the COM in order to implement improvement actions;
- Plan medium‑term maintenance and installations based on the needs expressed by the COM;
- Ensure an adequate flow of information between the office, field technicians, and Krones AG;
- Coordinate in real time with the COM to process their information, ensuring the suitability and delivery of the materials necessary for the activity, the personnel involved, and the tools used;
- Plan activities in detail and share information with all stakeholders;
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the quotations produced for both the COM and LCS Sales;
- Support Sales/COM with technical aspects and project timelines;
- Ensure networking with Krones AG for Technical Support activities;
- Ensure the proper functioning of Technical Support and customer satisfaction;
- Ensure the training and continuous updating of technicians with respect to all new technologies installed on the machines;
- Build a network with the Krones AG Academy;
- Handle technical assessments;
- Purchase and manage the equipment/tools needed by technicians for the proper performance of their work;
- Coordinate, support, and manage the professional growth of our team of technicians.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the role.
- Leadership and networking
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Willingness to travel
