Sustainable growth of consumer-centric eCommerce operations in Latin America, providing support for key eCom business processes. Responsibilities include managing, configuring, and maintaining all website and mobile app content, including content assets, content slots, campaigns and promotions.
This role supports the Campaign team in data-driven decision-making, automation and execution. This person must ensure insights that help build a fact-based decision-making culture, focused on identifying opportunities, improving processes through automation, and incorporating AI tools into the team's workflow to support operations efficiently, enabling us to provide the best experience for our consumers on our site.
Key Responsibilities:- Create tool for collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources. Power BI, Databricks, Kibana, Adobe Analytics, Google analytics, Amplitude, Appsflyer.
- Support the creation of tools to provide insights to improve channel optimization.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Help track KPIs and performance metrics across campaigns and vouchers reports
- Identifying opportunities, improving processes through automation, and incorporating AI tools into the team's workflow to support operations efficiently.
- Monitor conversion funnel KPIs/NPS and flag potential opportunities
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Perform updates to pages such as banner uploads, homepage, GLP, CLP, PLP, campaign pages, promo callouts, and the checkout contents.
- Provide first-line support for campaigns, promotions, and vouchers across our LAM webstores.
Skills and Abilities:
- University degree or master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts); 1-2 years’ experience SQL or Python.
- Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of AI and LLMs.
- Advanced English proficiency.
