Position OverviewWe are seeking a hands‑on Network Administrator to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, security, and connectivity across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of LAN/WAN environments, network hardware, and related systems.
The ideal candidate is proactive, technically strong, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where uptime and operational continuity are critical. This position will play a key role in network administration, cybersecurity initiatives, troubleshooting, infrastructure improvements, and user support.
Key Responsibilities Network Administration & Infrastructure- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Support and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network environments
- Monitor network performance, availability, and reliability to ensure maximum uptime
- Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning and execution
- Support network upgrades, enhancements, and infrastructure expansion projects
- Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, and network security solutions
- Maintain user access controls, authentication, and permissions
- Perform patch management, security updates, and routine security audits
- Participate in cybersecurity initiatives and infrastructure security improvements
- Diagnose and resolve network, system, and helpdesk-related issues
- Provide technical support to end users and internal IT teams
- Maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, diagrams, incidents, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-impacting technical issues
- Analyze network traffic and system performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Recommend and implement infrastructure and performance enhancements
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of network changes and infrastructure assets
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or infrastructure support
- Experience supporting enterprise network environments and troubleshooting network issues
- Knowledge of network operations, monitoring, and performance analysis
- Strong communication and user support skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Fortinet Certified Associate (FCA) or higher
- Experience with Fortinet, Aruba, and/or Arista networking technologies
- Arista ACE Level 2 certification or higher
- Experience with Aruba
OS environments - Exposure to cybersecurity best practices and network security tools
