Job Description :

We are seeking a highly proactive and experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive enterprise-scale cloud data modernization initiatives. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, architecting and executing comprehensive data migrations while overseeing the development of robust, scalable cloud data pipelines. You will lead cross-functional teams, translating complex business requirements into high-performing data solutions utilizing modern data stack tools, primarily Snowflake, dbt, and Apache Airflow.

Core Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary technical authority for clients, guiding their transition from legacy on-premises systems (such as SQL Server) to modern cloud architectures.

* Provide migration advisory services, designing roadmaps for consolidating thousands of enterprise reports into a unified single source of truth.

* Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment across business units.

* Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Snowflake and dbt, ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.

* Orchestrate complex data workflows utilizing Apache Airflow or Active Batch.

* Leverage advanced integration capabilities, such as Snowflake Openflow, to optimize data ingestion and sharing.

* Implement foundational Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality frameworks alongside the pipeline architecture.

Required Qualifications

* Experience:

10+ years of comprehensive experience in the data and analytics industry, with a strong focus on enterprise data warehousing and large-scale cloud migrations.

* Core Technologies:
Deep, hands-on expertise in Snowflake, dbt, and data orchestration tools (specifically Apache Airflow and Active Batch).

* Pipeline Strategy:
Proven success in designing and implementing modern ETL/ELT strategies for complex, high-volume environments.

* Communication:
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to proactively guide customers and collaborate seamlessly across multiple technical and business teams.
