This role ensures disciplined Agile execution, effective sprint orchestration, transparent reporting, and overall delivery health across frontend, mobile, BFF, QA, and Dev Ops teams.
Detailed Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Coaching
* Facilitate all Agile ceremonies with rigor and focus on outcomes.
* Coach teams on Agile best practices, sprint commitment, estimation, and delivery discipline.
* Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.
Project Management & Coordination
* Maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple squads.
* Track progress using Jira, Azure Dev Ops Boards, or equivalent tools.
* Manage dependencies between architecture, web, mobile, and BFF teams.
Risk, Issue & Scope Management
* Maintain RAID logs with constant updates to leadership.
* Monitor risks related to timelines, staffing, technical blockers, or vendor delays.
* Prevent scope creep and enforce change control processes.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
* Provide weekly status updates, dashboard reporting, and velocity tracking.
* Drive alignment with Program Manager for cross-workstream reporting.
Qualifications
* 10+ years as Scrum Master or Agile PM.
* Certifications:
CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP (bonus).
* Experience with modernization programs or multi-team Agile delivery.
