Technical / Behavioural

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technology field.

* 7+ years' experience, preferable within financial services and/or a shared service model

* Strong attention to detail & analytical skills.

* RMDS experience (Postgre

SQL, SQL MI)

* Designing and developing low to moderate complex data integration solution

* Hands on experience of ETL/ELT tools (Informatica / Nifi / Snaplogic)

* Experience in cloud services such as AWS or Azure

* Understanding of Data Modeling

* Experience with powerBI

* Hands-on experience in building automation of CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins Core etc.

* Experience in Python, Shell Scripting and Java or similar programming languages

* Experience/Knowledge on Kubernetes and Containerization

* Knowledge of Logging, Telemetry and data security on AWS/Azure

* Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.

* Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and datasets with ELT/ETL tools

* Strong Data modeling experience for OLTP/OLAP and No SQL scenarios

* Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.

* Very good organizational skills. Knowledge of agile methods is a plus.

* Successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets

* Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

* Experience with relational SQL and No

SQL databases, including Postgres DB

* Experience with project management tools (agile tools), Office tools & presentation skills

* Experience with Snowflake will be an added advantage

* Good knowledge on ETL/ELT experience with both structured and unstructured data stores.
