CSA , CAD , IRM and Risk Management Overview Hexaware requires a Service Now Technical Lead to oversee Service Now Platform of a prominent global company that makes extensive use of native and custom applications in Service Now. The Service Now Tech Lead provides vision and leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of an innovative and differentiated service management offering.

Responsibilities Work with the client to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global Service Now landscape spanning numerous instances. Service Portal design, often in support of custom applications Hands-on development experience of Service Now scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation Implement Service Now in Domain separated instance Provide support of custom applications development and migration Support Virtual Agent configuration and development Experience in Service Now Mobile app development Worked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM modules Advanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDB Expert in working on Performance Analytics Knowledge of GRC applications required.

Knowledge of Sec Ops applications required. Knowledge of integration Hub preferred Excellent knowledge of Service Now Best Practices Develop methodologies for consistent development, improvement, and deployment of designed solutions. Configuration and Customization in Platform including forms, workflows, scripts, inbound email actions, SLAs and more.
