Project Manager - Insurance

Location: India

IT Project Manager - o works directly with the IT Project Leader, Business Partner, and the project team to deliver project or program deliverables by abiding the DD&I PMO methodologies and procedures. o Must have 5-8 years of project management experience in IT project management experience within the pharmaceutical or life science industry o Regulatory awareness (e.g., GxP, CSV, data protection).

o Ability to lead the project from operational perspective o Ability to proactively manage project schedules, Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions o Capabilities to escalate risks and issues accordingly following the right communication line and channels o Capabilities to effectively manage project plans and project coordination activities (i.e. scheduling meetings, preparing workshops, etc.) o Capabilities to facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication o Capabilities to manage the project team(s) & all deliverables o Capabilities to manage the technical implementation of an IT solution (i.e., development, testing, deployment, etc.)

o Experience working closely with Business Analysts to ensure that project requirements are understood and implemented according to business quality standards o Experience in managing solution vendor(s) deliverables to ensure solutions is designed and deployed according to business needs o Experience closing off project(s) with a smooth transition to solution operations (i.e., Service transition: handover between project and DD&I Life Cycle Management (LCM) team) o Experience & knowledge of multiple project methodologies and able to blend them if required o Fluent command of spoken and written English
