Workplace Engineering Track Associate

• Role Workplace Engineering Track Associate Responsibilities Receives proper handover from project to BAU Suggests improvements in the design/process to ease workflows Day to Day Support of Workplace Virtualization Production Environment Maintains High availability & Load balancing of all core, leveraged, dependent components Conducts validation testing in UAT and change management to production Performs any short term projects that relate to existing system expansion or enhancement
• Escalates high severity issues & works along with consultants from service impact to improvement plans Help develop automation capabilities wherever possible to reduce issues & complexity Work with multiple teams to address complex issues under L3 Engineer guidance Troubleshooting basic to intermediate platform issues Troubleshooting user issues Ticket handling as per agreed SLAs Ensure Backup & restore of work spaces per agreement Ensure policy controls & security level on work spaces as expected Maintains & improves customer experience & satisfaction Vendor co-ordination & follow-up Creates daily/weekly/monthly reports on system statistics, capacity, usage, analytics & other metrics Perform all periodic activities Daily/weekly/monthly
