Job Description Role
• DITO Solutions Lead
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for building, estimating & presenting RUN solutions in onsite customer meetings across globe.
• Must be willing to take ownership of end-to-end solutions.
• Guiding and reviewing RUN solutions.
• Respond to RFPs / RFIs / RFQs and own an opportunity from qualification to award of deal, as part of pre-sales process
• Experience in Solutioning across End User Computing/ Digital Workplace & Hybrid Cloud or/and Cyber Security/Networks/Service Management.
• Understand the client requirements and pain points completely and design an optimum operation solution.
• Size and cost the service components using consistent assumptions and exclusions.
• Create & Review Technical solution documents, Transition plans, Governance plan, Target Operating Models, SLAs, SOWs, due diligence plans, and handover plans aligning with the entire solution.
