Job Title Service Now ESM Functional Consultant (8 to 12 Years) Must Have Experience Strong experience leading implementation projects on more than one Service Now products (ITSM plus at least one more product - ITAM || GRC || SPM || CSM || HRSD) Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Service Now solutions. Ability to map best practices to business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Proficiency in creating workflows, process diagrams, and user stories. Supports resource planning, release planning and provides guidance to build teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to have Experience Experience on gathering requirements for playbook design Understanding of ITOM offering is good to have (not mandatory). Experience in gathering requirements for CMDB (Configuration Management Database) design and maintenance.
