Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) AMS. The role requires a technically strong and proactive professional who understands the Dev Ops-oriented responsibilities within the integration domain and can effectively contribute to the development, enhancement, monitoring, and support of the Boomi integration platform.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling integration development, production support, incident analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of integration services while working closely with business stakeholders and internal IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide end-to-end support and development for enterprise integrations on the Boomi platform.

* Design, develop, enhance, and maintain integration solutions based on business and technical requirements.

* Take ownership of application support, enhancements, and operational stability of integrations across environments.

* Develop and improve observability and monitoring dashboards to strengthen operational support and issue detection.

* Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using tools such as Service Now and coordinate timely resolution.

* Participate in critical incident resolution and ensure clear communication with relevant stakeholders during high-impact issues.

* Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement corrective or preventive improvements to reduce repeat issues and improve efficiency.

* Work on the full integration lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support.

* Collaborate with architects, developers, support teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and supportable integration solutions.

* Support process improvement initiatives related to quality, governance, standardisation, testing, versioning, and documentation.

* Demonstrate strong customer focus, teamwork, and alignment with organisational values and code of conduct.

* Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Qualifications

What should you bring?

Experience
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Boomi integration and development

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5-8 years of relevant experience in Boomi integration and development

Technical Skills
- * Strong hands-on experience with Boomi integration development and support.

* Good understanding of integration architecture, support operations, and Dev Ops-oriented working practices within enterprise integration environments.

* Experience in enhancement, production support, incident handling, and troubleshooting for enterprise integration solutions.

* Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Java, Groovy, or .NET.

* Familiarity with tools such as Service Now, Jira, SoapUI, and Postman.

* Knowledge of monitoring, release management, testing, and service quality metrics such as SLA, TAT, ageing, and quality audits.

* Ability to independently understand business requirements and convert them into effective integration solutions.

* Experience working on multiple integration projects and supporting business-critical enterprise interfaces.

* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Prior experience in API-based integrations, monitoring dashboards, and enterprise support models.

* Exposure to governance, versioning, documentation, and standardised testing approaches in integration services.

* Familiarity with enterprise platforms and cross-functional integration landscapes.
