The Product Designer is responsible for ensuring that the design effort aligns with our client's business objectives. In particular, this includes working closely with the 3

Pillar engagement team and clients to create outstanding designs that delight the end users. The Product Designer will work closely and partner with global delivery teams (Product Management, Engineering, and Program Management) to deliver best-of-breed products using Agile practices, and drive growth

Possess strong skills in interaction or visual design Demonstrate a strong desire to continue growing your UX skills Work effectively with UX Lead or Sr. UXer and other 3

Pillar practices (PDM, PM, and Engineering) Communicate to team and client a clear picture of what is in progress and when things will be delivered Adjust to changes in priority and scope Participate in UX and engagement rituals/meetings Identify risks and escalate appropriately Contribute to client presentations Help prepare workshops Suggest improvements to standard tools and processes Participate in a collaborative team culture Maintain an awareness of industry issues and trends and emerging technologies such as AI, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market.

Should have worked on HTML and CSS for font-end/web development

At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing UX position

Expertise working with digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients

A knack for problem solving and a "roll up your sleeves" mentality

Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture among the details

Experience working with global teams is a big plus

Highly culturally aware

Strong communication skills

Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to build best-of-breed products

Expertise with Adobe toolkit, Figma and AI tools
