The Position
India is one of the fastest growing and most strategically important cybersecurity markets globally, and a critical pillar in OPSWAT's next phase of growth.
We are looking for a Country Manager, India to build, scale, and lead our business at a pivotal moment. This is not just a leadership role, it is an opportunity to shape the market, define our trajectory, and establish OPSWAT as a leading cybersecurity partner across enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure sectors in India.
As Country Manager, you will have full ownership of the India business, driving growth, building a high-performing organization, and strengthening our presence across key industries. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership, working closely with global teams while leading with autonomy and accountability in-market.

What You Will Be Doing
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
* Develop and execute the India GTM strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets aligned with OPSWAT's global growth objectives.
* Identify and prioritise high-growth verticals including government, defence, critical infrastructure, financial services, manufacturing, utilities and energy.
* Drive adoption of OPSWAT's IT/OT cybersecurity solutions through consultative, value-based and solution-led selling.
* Build and maintain strong executive relationships with enterprise, government and strategic customers.
* Leverage market intelligence and competitive insights to strengthen OPSWAT's positioning across India.
Team Leadership & Organisational Development
* Build, lead and mentor a high-performing India GTM organisation across Sales, SE, Channel and related functions.
* Foster a high-trust, collaborative and empowering team culture focused on accountability, teamwork and customer success.
* Scale the organisation through coaching, delegation, talent development and leadership enablement.
* Establish strong operational cadence, forecasting discipline and performance management processes.
* Partner closely with HR and leadership to recruit, retain and develop top-tier cybersecurity talent.
Customer & Partner Engagement
* Develop strong relationships with regional distributors, system integrators, technology partners and consulting firms.
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, helping solve complex IT/OT cybersecurity challenges.
* Represent OPSWAT at industry events, executive forums and cybersecurity conferences across India.
* Strengthen OPSWAT's strategic presence within government, defence and critical infrastructure ecosystems.
Revenue Growth & Forecasting
* Drive pipeline development, deal progression and execution across enterprise and public sector opportunities.
* Maintain accurate forecasting and sales management discipline leveraging Salesforce, Clari and MEDDPICC methodologies.
* Ensure high-quality opportunity inspection, customer engagement and execution consistency across the business.
* Deliver regular business reviews, market insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Cross-Functional Leadership
* Operate effectively within a matrixed global organisation, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Marketing and Global Sales leadership.
