IT Solution Architect - SD​/CS

Location: India

As an IT Solution Architect, you will work within a dynamic, collaborative team that thrives on innovation and agility. You will engage closely with business process owners, providing tailored solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in the Sales and Distribution processes. The environment fosters continuous learning and improvement, allowing you to influence key business decisions while leveraging best practices in SAP implementations.

* Collaborate with business process owners to gather requirements and recommend ERP best practices for Sales and Distribution.

* Conduct user sessions for requirements gathering, documentation, and testing phases, including unit and user acceptance testing.

* Lead business process mapping and gap analysis to streamline and optimize procurement processes.

* Support the current ERP systems and work on minor and major demands/ Projects.

* Design and configure solutions in SAP S/4

HANA, focusing on procurement, materials management, and master data areas.

* Act as a functional subject matter expert on Sales and Distribution and Customer service processes.

* Coordinate changes and testing with integration partners, ensuring quality of all deliverables.

* Support change management efforts and user training related to new processes and platforms.

* Participate in design governance forums and promote the use of standard solutions to minimize customizations. Act as a functional subject matter expert on Sales and Distribution and cusotmer service processes.

Must-Have:

* A minimum of 12+ years of SAP SD/CS implementation experience, including at least three full life-cycle implementations.

* Proficient in designing and configuring SAP SD and Supply Chain solutions, with strong skills in integrating the S/4

HANA system with other ecosystems.

* Expertise in customizing SD/CS, related master data, including Material Master, Customer Master, Info Records, and pricing conditions.

* Experience in managing business process mapping, re-engineering, and gap analysis.

Nice-To-Have:

* Knowledge of other SAP cross-functional modules and Strong understanding of Fiori apps and role design for Fiori.

* Knowledge in Advanced ATP, CS areas.

* Prior experience with Sales Force will be preferred.

* Technical knowledge of SD-related Webservices, BAPIs, BAdIs, and User Exits.

* Hands-on experience with EDI configurations and implications.

* SAP Certification (Functional and/or Technical) preferred.
