Your role , your impact
As a Senior Oracle Fusion Reporting & Analytics Consultant, you'll lead the design, development, and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions across Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM). Working closely with clients, project teams, and business stakeholders, you'll translate complex reporting requirements into scalable reporting strategies and enterprise analytics solutions using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you'll lead reporting assessments, guide reporting tool selection, establish best practices, and mentor team members while helping clients maximize the value of their Oracle Cloud investments through actionable insights and effective reporting solutions.
Your day-to-day
* Develop complex OTBI analyses, dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and interactive visualizations that support operational and executive decision-making;
* Design and implement BI Publisher reports using advanced SQL, data models, RTF/Excel templates, bursting configurations, and multi-format outputs;
* Configure, extend, and optimize Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) dashboards, workbooks, and semantic models;
* Conduct reporting discovery workshops, gather requirements and recommend t appropriate Oracle reporting technologies, including OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Narrative Reporting;
* Perform reporting assessments, gap analyses, and make reporting strategy recommendations;
* Lead data validation, reconciliation, testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure reporting accuracy and production readiness;
* Develop reporting governance frameworks, standards, naming conventions, security models, and best practices;
* Design and deliver client-facing reporting training programs, workshops, train-the-trainer sessions, and knowledge transfer activities;
* Create and maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, architecture diagrams, reporting specifications, and reusable assets;
* Collaborate with Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM, and technical teams to ensure reporting solutions align with business objectives and functional requirements;
* Mentor consultants and support reporting workstream planning and delivery.
Keys to your success
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, finance, accounting, or a related field;
* 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle Cloud reporting and analytics solutions;
* Experience leading reporting work streams across Oracle Cloud implementations from requirements gathering through go-live;
* Expert-level experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), including analyses, dashboards, KPIs, subject areas, prompts, and advanced reporting capabilities;
* Expert-level experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), including data models, advanced SQL development, bursting, scheduling, and template design;
* Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI/FAIDP) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC);
* Advanced SQL development and data analysis skills, including performance tuning and optimization;
* Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications, including Financials, SCM, and/or HCM data models and reporting structures;
* Experience conducting reporting assessments, workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and reporting strategy initiatives;
* Experience delivering reporting training programs and knowledge transfer sessions for business and technical users;
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and client leadership teams.
Extra edge
* Experience in a consulting services environment with a Big 4 firm, Oracle partner, or global systems integrator, and within global delivery models;
* Experience with Oracle Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Narrative Reporting;
* Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions including EPBCS, FCCS, and ARCS reporting and integrations;
* Oracle certifications in Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or Fusion Data Intelligence;
* Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FBDI, and reporting integrations;
* Experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI);
* Experience developing enterprise reporting solutions across Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Utilities, Engineering, or Construction industries;
