POSITION OVERVIEW
Defines the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Fed Ex Freight’s commercial web experiences and digital customer touchpoints. Owns the vision for the enterprise website, digital marketing experiences, authenticated customer areas, and online self service. Partners with business stakeholders and engineering teams to prioritize features, align architectural strategy, and ensure platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Cloud, and supporting services deliver secure, scalable, and high quality digital experiences for shippers.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
- Manage and refine the product backlog for commercial web platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Cloud, and connected digital services.
- Translate commercial product requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows supporting quoting, onboarding, tracking, claims, and customer self service journeys.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, UX designers, and analytics teams to ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and high quality web features aligned to Day architecture.
- Validate completed features against requirements, support testing, release readiness, and adoption activities.
- Track and communicate progress, dependencies, and risks across Adobe platforms and connected systems (pricing engines, Salesforce, customer identity, operational data).
- Maintain platform documentation and support stakeholder training or enablement as needed.
- Influence SEO strategy, content operations, personalization capabilities, and A/B testing roadmap using Adobe tools.
- Support the transition away from legacy Fed Ex dependencies toward a stand alone, modern digital experience platform.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, digital marketing, humanities, information systems, computer science and/or related field
- Three (3) years of experience in product ownership, digital platform management, or commercial systems roles
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud components (AEM, Target, Analytics, Audience Manager), CMS capabilities, and web platform limitations.
- Awareness of front end frameworks and integration approaches (React, Angular, APIs, headless CMS patterns).
- Understanding of analytics and reporting tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, BI dashboards) to monitor adoption and customer behavior.
- Experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and aligning digital product delivery to business objectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to align stakeholders on digital roadmap priorities.
- Analytical skills to interpret product usage, customer behavior, and business data.
- Problem-solving skills to weigh tradeoffs and optimize technology decisions
- Collaboration skills to work across business, product, marketing, and engineering teams
- Organizational skills to manage complex digital backlogs, releases, and dependencies
- Some travel required
