• Contribute to development using Atlassian and Microsoft products.
• Recommend and implement appropriate performance measures, including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
• Provide requirements and task management to facilitate deliveries of fellow team members.
• Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis for value or product streams.

• Experience working within an Agile environment and implementing best practices.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, development teams, and end‑users.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to identify and help resolve team challenges.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role, or 9+ years of experience in a business, project, or requirements analyst role in lieu of a degree.

• Scrum Certifications.
• SAFE Certifications.

Salary range for this position is $99,000.00 to $ annually. Total compensation includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.
