Local IT Operations Lead
The Local IT Operations Lead is responsible for managing IT operations across multiple related locations, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient site-level IT services. This role provides both functional and disciplinary leadership to local IT Operators and serves as the key connection between regional IT leadership and local operational teams. The position ensures that global and regional IT standards, strategies, and security requirements are implemented effectively while accounting for local business needs, site-specific requirements, and operational realities.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage local IT Operators, including both functional direction and disciplinary leadership.
- Oversee and assure day-to-day IT operations across multiple nearby locations.
- Coordinate incident, request, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL-oriented practices.
- Prioritize, elevate, and manage critical incidents and operational issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Implement regional IT strategies, standards, and security requirements at the local site level.
- Manage and integrate external service providers into local IT operations.
- Ensure high system availability, strong performance, and consistent service quality.
- Drive continuous improvement of local IT services, support processes, and operational workflows.
- Support IT rollouts, transformation initiatives, and project implementation activities.
- Plan and allocate local IT resources to support operational priorities and business needs.
- Maintain active stakeholder management with local business units, regional IT leadership, IT Operators, and service providers.
- 3+ years ITIL/ITSM experience.
- Experience providing functional and disciplinary leadership.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with both internal teams and external service providers.
- Structured, process-oriented working style; ITIL knowledge is preferred.
- Strong service mindset and customer-focused approach.

- 4-7 years
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field and 5+ years previous
- Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations.
- Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations.
- Experience in operational IT support, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Ability to translate strategic IT requirements into practical operational execution.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
