Tier III - Help Desk Support Specialist

A growing organization in the Franklin area is seeking a Tier III Help Desk Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across several local office locations. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring a positive technology experience for employees.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with end users, solving practical technology challenges, and supporting a modern Microsoft-based environment. You'll partner closely with IT leadership while helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology support requests
• Manage, prioritize, document, and resolve tickets through the help desk system
• Provide onsite desktop support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and common workplace technologies
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and related Microsoft applications
• Assist with laptop deployment, device setup, imaging, and configuration
• Support printers, monitors, docking stations, mobile devices, and other peripherals
• Install approved software and coordinate routine workstation upgrades
• Provide basic conference room and audiovisual support
• Travel between nearby office locations as needed
• Escalate advanced infrastructure or networking issues to appropriate resources
• Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities to improve support processes

• Fully onsite position
• Typical business hours between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM
• Flexible scheduling available based on business needs and candidate availability

• Previous Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues
• Experience working directly with end users in a professional environment
• Organized approach to documentation and ticket management
• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with the broader team
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between nearby office locations

• $20-$24/hour
