This role is for someone with excellent technical expertise, but wants a leadership position alongside the Founder.

Now we’re looking for an experienced conveyancer to help us keep raising the bar as we scale.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in residential conveyancing
• Must have strong technical expertise in VIC – multi-jurisdictional experience is highly regarded or at least a willingness to learn other jurisdictions
• Ability to independently manage files from start to finish, without compromising care or quality
• An exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• A commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude for clients
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Confident with PEXA and Smokeball, Tri Convey or similar legal technology
• Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture

• Managing conveyancing matters from contract to settlement
• Liaising directly with clients, brokers and agents – with clarity and confidence
• Acting with autonomy and accuracy (we don’t micromanage)
• Adopting tech and automation to drive efficiency
