Key Responsibilities- Coordinate international import and export shipments end‑to‑end.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately.
- Partner with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues.
- Maintain detailed and compliant transaction records.
- Conduct audits to improve shipping accuracy and efficiency.
- Support hazardous materials compliance with global standards.
- Collaborate across teams to optimize supply chain performance.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, import/export, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of customs regulations, HTS codes, and incoterms.
- Experience preparing import/export documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Effective communication skills;
English fluency required.
