Purpose

The Stockroom Manager is responsible for leading all stockroom and inventory control operations to ensure the accurate, efficient, and secure management of materials that support plant operations. This role is accountable for maintaining inventory accuracy, overseeing receiving and material transactions, and ensuring timely material availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. The Stockroom Manager establishes standardized processes, drives continuous improvement initiatives, implements inventory control technologies such as barcode systems, and develops a high-performing stockroom team.

Through effective inventory management, operational discipline, and collaboration with Procurement and Operations, this position supports production reliability, cost reduction, and overall business performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
