Williamson County Parks and Recreation is now hiring a Part‑Time Facility Custodian to join our team at the Nolensville Recreation Complex.
Position Overview
The Facility Custodian plays a vital role in ensuring the Recreation Complex remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors. This position is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and equipment, as well as supporting staff and patrons when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain overall cleanliness of the facility, including restrooms, common areas, and exercise equipment.
- Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment and follow proper procedures.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Provide courteous customer service and basic facility information to patrons as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work from step ladders and in confined spaces.
- Perform physical tasks involving bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Mid‑day and weekend shifts are required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
