Greenrise Technologies is a full‑service green infrastructure firm headquartered in Tennessee, offering engineered turnkey systems in green roofs, stormwater management, growing medium, componentry, maintenance, and full‑service erosion control throughout the southeastern United States.

This is a general labor position with multiple job duties essential to the Operations/Nursery division. You will ensure vegetative plant health to provide the customer with the best possible product. Duties include filling, planting, growing modules, stacking modules for orders, loading/unloading trucks, irrigating, fertilizing, hand weeding, and any other task assigned.

• Oversee and direct the day‑to‑day work of a team of nursery technicians.
• Filling, planting and growing modules.
• Review the daily work schedule each morning with the team.
• Fill modules with soil and plant with tiles, plugs, or cuttings using proper methods.
• Fertilize, weed, water, and inspect plant condition.
• Stack, load, and unload modules onto pallets for shipping.
• Use hand, skid‑steer, or forklift for loading and unloading trucks.
• Represent Greenrise in a professional manner.
• Complete work to a high standard of excellence and quality.
• Follow safety protocols for vehicles, equipment, and site conduct.
• Communicate effectively with managers and crew members.
• Work independently and with crew to achieve daily and weekly goals.
• Inspect, maintain, and properly store tools and equipment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Experience with hand tools, skid steers, forklifts (preferred).
• Experience working with plants or in a nursery (preferred).
• Physically fit and able to work long days outside in the elements.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Good listening skills and ability to follow directions.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
• Dependable with good interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to interact with associates at all levels.
• Ability to multi‑task and handle a variety of responsibilities professionally and promptly.
• Work independently, using good judgment and initiative to complete tasks.
• Demonstrated initiative in completing responsibilities.
