Office Pride is a faith‑based organization committed to excellence in commercial cleaning. We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team and contribute to our success.

As a Cleaning Technician, you will ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, upholding high standards that create a welcoming atmosphere for employees, clients, and visitors.

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring supplies are stocked and well‑maintained.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling activities in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and public spaces.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment inventory and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and hazard‑free workplace.

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Prefer employees who live 15‑20 minutes from the job location.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred; a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning protocols and procedures.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation techniques, and safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members.
