As General Manager, youll be the driving force behind our studios success. From leading pre-sale membership sales and building our founding member base, to managing the grand opening and daily operations, youll set the tone for our culture, our team, and our growth. Were looking for a sales-driven leader who thrives on building something new and can inspire both clients and staff.

Lead Pre-Sale: Generate excitement and drive early membership sales before the studio opens.

Launch Successfully: Oversee the grand opening to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Grow Membership: Hit and exceed monthly membership and retail sales goals through personal performance and team leadership.

Build the Team: Recruit, train, and motivate sales associates and instructors to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Deliver Service Excellence: Ensure every member and guest feels welcomed, supported, and inspired.

Run Operations: Oversee scheduling, payroll, reporting, and studio performance.

Engage the Community: Connect with local businesses and represent Club Pilates at community events to establish the studio as a Nolensville favorite.

Proven success in membership sales with a passion for growing new studios or businesses.

Experience leading pre-sale campaigns and openings in fitness, wellness, or boutique studios.

2+ years of leadership or management experience.

A confident closer with strong objection-handling skills.

Organized, energetic, and motivated by results.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
