A successful auto dealership West of the Nashville area is seeking an Office Managerwith auto dealership experience to manage daily operations including administrative and accounting functions. 2+ years of auto dealership Office Manager experience is required. Apply now for this great opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Manage an auto dealership's daily office operations, including administrative and accounting functions
• Oversee an auto dealership's accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Maintain accuracy in deal postings, schedules, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with dealership guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain effective cash management systems and forecast cash need
• Support department managers with inventory control, deal documentation, and reporting
• Assist with month-end closing, general ledger entries, tax reports, and internal audits
• Supervise and mentor office staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements:

• Required: 2+ years of automotive dealership Office Management experience
• Strong background inaccountingincluding
  
  A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
