Summary:
The Senior Manager, Shared Services is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Company's Shared Services function, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across all MBI brands. This role is responsible for delivering efficient, scalable, and well-controlled transaction processing while driving continuous process improvement, automation, and service excellence.
The Senior Manager will lead a high-performing team, oversee key financial processes, leverage robotic process automation (RPA) and other technology solutions to optimize operations, and partner with business leaders to deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.

* Lead the daily operations of the Shared Services organization, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across all MBI brands.
* Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of supplier payments, customer invoicing, cash application, and related financial transactions.
* Oversee automated Accounts Payable processes utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), monitor bot performance, manage exceptions, and identify opportunities to expand automation and improve efficiency.
* Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to measure performance, optimize resources, and support continuous improvement.
* Review and approve key transactional activities, including payment runs, ACH and wire releases, vendor invoices, and dealer invoicing, while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
* Drive process improvements by standardizing workflows, implementing technology-enabled solutions, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and service delivery.
* Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier, dealer, and customer inquiries, resolving complex transactional issues in a timely manner.
* Support internal and external audits by maintaining strong process controls and coordinating audit requests and documentation.
* Lead, develop, and mentor the Shared Services team through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and cross-training initiatives.
* Recommend and implement policies, procedures, and system enhancements that strengthen controls, improve operational performance, and support business objectives.
* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
