Directeur CFPPA

Job Title

Pilot, organize, and coordinate the implementation and pedagogical, financial, and administrative management of the center's activities by delegation of the director of the Local Public Establishment of Agricultural Education and Vocational Training (EPLEFPA). The CFPPA is also OFA. DESCRIPTION OF MISSIONS:

- Structure the center's activity and balance the result.

- Build a network of actors / promote and develop the center's activities
- Design, organize, and manage actions in response to public (public procurement) or private orders
- Collaborate with other CFPPAs in the region to respond jointly to markets
- Design, organize, and animate the work necessary for the elaboration, implementation, follow-up, and evaluation of the center's project
- Organize, coordinate, and control all activities of the center:
• Pedagogical operation,
• Reception and life in the center, (rules of conduct and coordinate the follow-up in enterprise...)
• Administrative organization and planning, management of human resources in collaboration with the SG and the Director of EPL, - Ensure the management and budget follow-up of the center
- Collaborate with other centers of the EPL, to carry together the issues
- Promote agricultural education and training of the EPL
- Be guarantor of the quality certification CHAMP RELATIONNEL:
Staff of the center, trainees of the continuing education, apprentices, families of learners, employers of apprentices, companies supporting the internship, professional organizations partners, authorities, staff and directors of other centers of the EPLEFPA, regional council and other CFPPAs of the region.

KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of the agricultural sector and the regulatory framework GRH Financial management / Research of consensus, and decision-making Proficiency with computer tools Knowledge of the basics of public accounting
