About the Role

Our mission is to be our communities' preferred car wash brand by obsessively pursuing excellence in all things.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operation and performance of the site. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead the team, maintain operational standards, drive membership sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, coaching team members, solving problems, and helping drive results. The Assistant Manager is expected to step in and lead site operations when the General Manager is unavailable while supporting the overall success and growth of the location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
  • Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards and resolve issues as needed
  • Drive sales through memberships, local partnerships, and community engagement
  • Monitor site performance, including sales, expenses, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure equipment functionality, facility cleanliness, and safety compliance
  • Assist with hiring, training, and building a high-performing team
