PR Support Representative

Handles communication by telephone, e‑mail and written correspondence. Performs various clerical duties within department including issuing and mailing of payments and PR related funds, handling PR related accounting and reporting with a high degree of accuracy. Submits supply orders for department and PR reps in the field, including ordering and proofing business cards, distributes department mail, retrieves checks from General Accounting.

General office filing and clerical support for department as needed. Works directly under supervision of Unit Manager. Other duties as required by the department.
